Email Setup (master collector address)?

Can I set up a general email address to "catch" all email sent to my domain?

For instance, I want everything sent to "any_phrase@tinkle.com" to go to "specific_phrase@tinkle.com." I don't want to have to set up -- one by one -- each individual box. Can I do it? How?
