Using my own mysql server

Is it possible to set up my own mysql server? That way I could automate the creation of databases and users. I just noticed that the ports are opened for localhost.

even can... that will not be reliable connection. :)

I don't believe you can unless you purchase a dedicated IP address (as otherwise most ports are blocked I believe)
