Car i use the file manager in Cpanel.. to extract a rar file

I uploaded to my server a rar backup of my webiste, i thought the file manager in the Cpanel would have allowed me to extract the contents,but when i click extract nothing is happening................can someone help meee

I don't think you can extract rar backup. I think you can only extract gzip files if I am not mistaken.
