Pardon me, but what is a "subdomain check php script"?
I don't know what you're looking for, but Hot scripts (http://cbrich.com/go/hotscripts/) probably isn't a bad place to start searching.

Tried that, didn't see one.
Well if you know what domain availability checker...
subdomain is just like www.subdomain.domain.com
You check if it's available... @ the domain.com
Understand?

It sounds like you are going to have to take a domain checker script and modify it to your personal needs. I've not heard of something like that before now.
Are you trying to offer subdomains for your users?

You can make a small PHP script which checks if the subdomain can be resolved with the function gethostbynamel, which resturns FALSE if the given address cannot be resolved.
Check about the function here:
http://es.php.net/manual/es/function.gethostbynamel.php
So you just check in your PHP script if that function returns FALSE to the given addres, and if so, the subdomain is available, otherwise it is taken.
If you can't figure it out, I can write the code for you when I get a free momento, it's fairly simple, but I think this could be a good introduction to PHP for you, so try it by yourself! :)
