I have entered the correct information into C-Panel Forwarders but nothing goes though. I have checked the email delivery route and everything is correct. I have not set up any email accounts as I only want email to be forwarded to another address at this time. The email address I am forwarding to is good as I have one other web site hosted by another company that works just fine. What am I missing?

I believe you need a valid email address for the forwarder to function. It won't work unless you create an account.

I tired that but it leaves a copy of the email at the HM site and the forwarding action seems to take several hours. I want the emails to go directly to my forwarding address without anything showing up at the HM site. I do this with another web site I have and the forwarding time is almost instant. Actually as I was writing this I got an email forwarded through the HM system that I sent yesterday at 3:45 PM. It arrived here today at 11:00AM. I guess the way I configured everything is working but that delay is not acceptable. I’ll have to address that at another time.
Thanks.

You don't need an email account set up - one of the domains I host is almost 100% email forwarders rather than accounts and it works fine.
Never experienced the delay myself but maybe there is a hold up in the mail system as I think there was another post yesterday with a similar issue...

I must be thinking of something else. I don't use forwarders (Opera is nice enough to consolidate all email accounts into one client), so I'm not real familiar with them.

Well I solved the problem thanks to HM tech support. I had everything set up correctly but it seems that the Comcast cable weasels are blocking everything from HM. I just changed my forwarding address to another account that forwards to Comcast and the problem is solved. Thanks for everyone’s help and suggestions.
