Just opened new account two days ago.
Can't publish or add on my domains - they won't set up even though I changed nameservers 2 days ago now.
Can't get through to help via email. Setup 2 different email logins and neither will accept login after confirmation. What the hell is going on?
I have been without online websites for couple days now.

Sometimes you have to contact you domain registrar to check and confirm your DNS settings on the domain that you want to point to HM servers even though you have change them and it looks ok.

Email HM support from your CP. They always answer any issues or problems less than a few hours. You must use your working Email Account to receive their email and make sure it is not filter as junk.

Well in my frustration my brain went dead, or maybe a senior moment. All I had to do was go to chat support and they helped me on the spot with my issues and did a great job I must add. I finally have some websites back online after about 4 days. Issues developed with my previous host and it was time to move on. I read good things about HM and now I just need to find my way around again.
