How do OTHER PEOPLE upload videos onto my site?

I was wondering, how to permit other people to upload videos and/or audios onto my website?

Are you looking for something like this DELETED thats my website, i use Joomla to let people upload video and audio to my site. there website can be found here to install joomla http://www.joomla.org/ Hostmonster allows you to use Joomla but it might take alot of work if your new to php but it's worth the homework.

And of course you have to be very vigilent as any copyright material uploaded may cause your account to be terminated...

Yeah but if somebody wants content removed because it belongs to them as long as the website agrees to remove such content then there should be no need to delete the (or my) account, i can see the point if people are uploading movies and so on but i can imagine Hostmonster wouldn't ban my little website just because of a few bad uploads i missed and was willing to fix. Hopefully hostMonster gives you warnings before banning you, cause theres always a few bad eggs in everybodys community.
