You must add each e-mail as an account..

once you find where to add incoming addresses look for "e-mail accounts" in cPanel and then click on "configure mail client" on the right side under Functions.

If you can't make it work, I suggest you install RoundCube Mail. You can use simple scripts (make sure to install in a directory under public_html). Once you do that, just navigate to your roundcube address and then type in your full e-mail and password.
