i'm trying to install an arabic copy of phpbb, but i failed....

the phpbb copy, that the hostmonester gives, is only in english... how can i chage it to arabic one ??

plz help step by step, because i'm new!

You need to install the Arabic language pack (http://www.phpbb.com/languages/) separately after you have installed the phpBB base.
