connecting to database

when i attempt to connect i recieve this from sql


I cannot connect to the database because: Host 'host49.hostmonster.com' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'

can anyone advise me?

Well, you can try running that command, but you need shell access to your account, but I suspect that you will need to contact support and ask them to do that. I've never seen that messsage before so I can't tell you exactly what it means.
