Domain Problem

I recently switched to HM. With my old host I could enter my domain name with or without www. and they would both work. Since the switch I have to use the www. Could someone please tell me how to change this so both would work.

usually it works unless you tell it not to (usually in a .htaccess file in the public_html folder) do you have a file with that name in that location? otherwise i would try live help. there may be a configuration issue with your account
