I am having a few issues with clients not receiving emails from my team. The emails are being sent out, no bounce backs, but clients do not receive anything.
Our IP is not blacklisted and Customer service has said that the logs come up as being completed, but this has only happened since we migrated over to HM.
We also are not receiving delivery confirmation request since using HM.
What would cause this?
