I'm a user of HostMonster and am I allowed to host a proxy on my server? I read the terms and agreements but it states that we can't use "anonymous proxies". However I'm not sure what that means.

If for ex. I want to use Glype Proxy (http://www.glype.com/), would that count against the HostMonster's terms?

Someone please explain, thanks.

Unfortunately, the same rules apply. If you read the description of Glype Proxy's features, you should have noticed that one of its primary uses is to anonymize browsing.
