Server Down?

Can't see any of my hostmonster hosted sites for the last hour or so. Its too long for a reboot. Submitted a ticket half a day ago for something else but had no response.

Do HM work weekends? :confused:

Just talked to support via chat one hostmonster server is down affecting 400 customers. It is rebuilding the /home partition should be back up in a bit. Not much you can do to even in the mirrored home setup to speed this up.

hm should be proactive and notify affected customers by email right away imho.

that said, if the server is down, then you might not get the email either ;)
