I've just completely redone my webpages - now on a MAc and using iweb. Then when I tried to ftp to my host site, I still get the old web pages coming up. What do I delete? And where exactly do I send the new folder of web pages (I thought it was just to the public-html)?

Thanks

It is. You publish your site files to the public_html directory. It sounds like a cache problem. Have you cleared your browser's cache?

If it's a fresh install, you can do what i did and ask HM to delete everything on the server making it brand new, note i had a backup of my files when i requested this from hostmonster. Better off using windows for web design. Mac and Linux are just too complicated for web design even for an advanced designer, too many barriers.

Windows sucks i know but it seems the only way till Google finishes there Shhhh O.S

open up internet explorer and go to Tools > Delete Browsing History then delete, if you use firefox then it's the same way.

This (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bypass_your_cache) seems to be a good page that describes the method for most browsers
