Mailbox is full error

I seem to get this error everyday "The mailbox 'mymail@mydomain.com' is almost full. You should remove some emails from the box as soon as possible to prevent losing any future mail. This mailbox is currently 81.43% full."

When I check on it, I have no mail waiting at all.

I have several add-on domains and each day the message is the same but the address is different.

Any ideas?

You can increase you're mail box quota by going into cPanel where it lists all the email accounts.

Could it be your email client is set to leave mail on the server? If so you download your mail and you think you got it all, but it's also staying on the server and the mailbox is filling up. Use your ftp client to take a peak at your mail folder right after you have downloaded your email. That should tell you if it's hording mail.
