How is Bluehost related?

I created a help ticket on the Helpdesk, and I got a response back from Bluehost. Are they related to Hostmonster?

Yeah, Hostmonster & Bluehost are sister companies. It's kind of like if you buy a Lincoln, you're pretty much getting a Ford, and vice versa.
