Random HTML (via CGI Center)

Hi
Has anybody been able to get the random HTML generator featured in the Host Monster CGI Center to work? I'm looking to insert random text link advertisements into my pages.
When I tried to get help from support, HM said I needed to find a PHP programmer to make it work.

no, no, no, just go up to edit in your buider and click insert html. I can't work the thing in CGI for the life of me, i insert everything manuallly. If that doesn't work or you're using a different builder just pm me. :) I'm more than happy to help
