Actually it looks like its 28x30 and its in a format that IE can't read (i.e. if you go to domain.com/favicon.ico you just get a red x. I would check how you created favicon.ico file (and probably make it 16x16 to start with)
PLUS you may want to reduce the file size of your main graphic on the homepage - its a whopping 536kb which even on my 2Mb connection takes a few seconds to load. Just imagine how long it would take on dial-up
EDIT: Doh! It was 15x15 - I was looking at something else at the time lolAnyway, doesn't change the fact that IE can't open it so don't know if its not 16x16 or not... (Sorry for doubting your post
