Email accounts not emptying after being popped...
For some reason, my email accounts are filling up. While there are a few users with multiple workstations who have their clients set to leave messages on the server for (x) days, most do not. It seems the only way to avoid accounts exceeding quota is to log into webmail and delete messages by hand.
Any ideas out there?

Most email clients have an option to leave messages on the server after being read. Check your email client settings to ensure they do not have this function enabled.
